I have a retail merchants certificate under my "other" business name, which allows me to collect sales tax, but I thought I would pose the question here before seeking help elsewhere. Thanks guys! But then; I'm not a lawyer and I'm only thinking logically, lol, so I could be wrong. If your government is anything like mine and they have a chance to put another hand in your pockets, they will do it.
