Hookset
I just ordered my first gallon of plastic and I'm excited to get started. So far this site has given me tons of info already Thanks! I read up on the "Newbie" info ....keep hot plastic off skin and don't set a hot glass pyrex pourer on anything cold. I can't promise anything but I'll do my best. I have no idea where to start as far as molds.......are there some that are easier than others for someone new to this? I ordered some molds from Barlows, the eel and twitch.....just because they looked good and seemed simple enough. Any advice from the vets would be greatly appreciated. SwampBaits
Most molds are easy if you practice pouring enough! Don't expect anything really nice looking on your first pour.
BassSniperLures
to start off with i'd stay with any one piece mold and then work my way into the two piece. Senko molds however are pretty easy for beginers.
