I have been using some heavier acrylic but it is not as tough as lexan. Anybody have a souce that one can order various thickness of lexan? My windshield broke and after contacting the insurance co. a wind shield replacement co. called to make an appointment. I asked them about lexan and they gave the name and no. of a local place that uses laxan to make various display boxes for stuff. They hooked me up a piece that is about a foot wide and four ft long for $3.00. I thought was a great deal. I bought two different thickinesses.
