Dungeonhawk
Good morning. I have a question regarding cases. Stamina inc sells a pretty nice little plastic box/case for jigs. Does anyone know where they buy them from? Ive ordered some , but I think if i were to scale up operations, im not going to want to be purchasing from them, the price is too high. Any suggestions as to where I could get similar jig boxes? Thanks

rsinyard
I have a follow on question to this thread. What companies print the cardboard labels that you see stapled to jigs you buy in the store. I have been using a 4mil ziploc bag but now I would like to step up to something more professional looking.
Dungeonhawk
i actually have one more completely unrelated question haha. WHen you guys break off the sprue from the jig heads, what do you use to smooth that transition down>? some come off very very smooth, others could use a little touch up. just a fine grit paper? or perhaps a file? curious. thanks
Cgraff
I use an electric sander with fine paper. Then I powder coat the heads.
siebler_custom_baits
Instead of looking for printed bags just have clear labels printed and affix them to your Poly bags. Lot sof companies do this and they look great and cost a lot less.
microtek60
like one of the other posts said print your own lables much cheaper, but as far as the bags go check out this place www.wormbags.com they only have a $25.00 min.
wilfish4774
If you are speaking of the small amount of excess that needs removing after molding , what I do is use a file under running water. It keeps all the dust from circulating and as well cleans it from the jigs. Just let them dry over-night and paint.
charmerbaits
Definitely have your labels done professionally. You can have vinyl labels made for 3-5 cents each. Also look at In-Pact Poly Products for your laminated bags. They have a larger selection of laminated bags. They will also do preprinted but your going to have to buy 50,000 bags to get them printed. We made the switch to laminated earlier this year and they are well worth the extra money. Charlie
