Sightfishing
Guys I have read most posts, but still nervous on what to use here? I want to strip the paint of some expesive lures IE. luckycrafts or do I even have to? Should I just spray a base and paint over? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks. Terrydabassman
All you really need to do is scuff the surface then base coat. I use 320 grit sandpaper, you can also use scotchbright pads, or even 800 grit sand paper.
Norcalbassin
What I did for a Lucky Craft Staycee 90 was scuff it lightly with 240 grit and take the rest of the paint off with steelwool, it worked just fine.
