Vodkaman
Have any of the UK members found a local supplier for the two part expanding foam. My attempted web searches have not revealed anything so far, apart from foam in a can used by plumbers. Many thanks.

Many thanks. Try looking for a "Composites Material" supplier. Many Boat builders use it. JMHO, but you may be better served using PU resin and Micro Balloons. Esoteric
Hi Vodkaman, Take a look here http://www.yellowcatshop.co.uk/shop/default.asp?clientid=14&gid=4dmod&txtsearch=foam&viewstate=32769&tabcatid=3500021&subcatid=3500030 Scroll down the page and you will find Smooth-on Rigid Foam 15. This is the stuff I am experimenting with at the moment and I'm pretty sure it's the stuff Kahawai used for his foamies as well.
