BobP Posted April 18, 2007 Report Share Posted April 18, 2007 I most often use 5/32" (about 4mm) molded 3D eyes on bass baits. Sometimes I go larger but seldom smaller. If you don't want to maintain a selection, I'd paint the eyes on. From what I can tell, the bass won't care and it looks fine if you do it carefully. The WTP eye sizes appear to be 1/16th's, so a size 2 would be 2 1/16th's It has been a long time since I made this.
