i_fish Posted April 27, 2007 Report Share Posted April 27, 2007 I was needing my last order with them pretty fast so 3 days later I called them to see when it shipped. The gal that answered the phone said the order was ready to be "processed"... I asked what does that mean? She said that it was on her desk and ready to be sent out to be pulled and packed. That was 3-1/2 days after I placed the order. I received the order late the following week. One thing that seems to bug me about Stamina is out of 25 items I may order from them, at least 4-5 will be out of stock. Other then that they package and label everything real good. I think I read that this is their busy time of the year and it could take up to 3 days to process, I received all of my stuff in 5 days. bladesandbaits Posted May 3, 2007 Report Share Posted May 3, 2007 Well I really hate to be negative towards any Vendor but for me dealing with Stamina is like "Rolling The Dice" I just go ahead of them now and buy from the people they get there stock from but for some guys who buy smaller quantity that is not an option. My problems with them seemed to always be centered around an incomplete order.I read in this post someone mention "in stock items" were usually a promp delivery. What happens with Stamina is when they recieve your order,if there are a couple of items that they are out of stock on, they will hold your entire order up waiting for those out of stock items to come in. Now this is not a problem to me as long as they have the courtosy of letting me know whats going on with my order. I would finally call to check the status and then find out they were holding all my other items up because of one or two things being out of stock.So the next order I placed (which was my last) I verbally told the person that took my order to ship what was in stock,and DO NOT hold the rest of my order up because part of it was out of stock. 8 days later nothing came so I called and wouldn't you know it, they were once again holding my order for partial out of stock reasons. I was only using them to fill in when I ran short but not any more. I think Stamina offers an outstanding product line (if they can keep it in stock) but fail miserably in the Customer Service Department. Hopefully I have as good of luck as last time. I did notice there web site says this is there busy time and orders could take up to 3 days to process before being shipped. I have two orders currently with Stamina. First one was placed on the 22nd and the second on the 25th. I am pretty curious how these will turn out especially since I am on hold until the first one comes in. Really hope it is this week.
