Jigsbydirk
I didn't have much success searching for this so let me ask everyone. I have a lurecraft mold for ring worms and am not getting the best detail when I pour. I read in a post on here that putting some oil in the mold would help. What do you recomend? Thanks for your help.
nova
When you say "detail" do you mean that some of the rings are not coming out? If that is the case you need to make sure the mold is warmed up and you must have you plastic hot in order for it to fill up each rib. www.novalures.com
Jigsbydirk
thanks for the tip, but I have to expose my ignorance, how do I warm up the mold?
nova
I usually pour some scrap plastic in the mold and let it set while I get the "real" plastic ready. www.novalures.com
