I placed my first order with them not so long ago and today I got a phone call from them letting me know they were out of a specific color I ordered and asked if I wanted a refund or a different color. Most places would have just refunded but I liked the fact that I was given the option. That is true customer service in my eyes. Also the lady who processes the orders has been sick so she upgraded my shipping so I would still receive my order on time. You can't ask for better service. I bought a collection of used Soft Plastic supplies from a fellow T.U. Member...In this collection was 16 Del-Mart colorants,salt,glitters,and a couple of molds. There was a couple of colorants that were not included in the deal,so instead of ordering Del-Mart colorants...I ventured out to try another companies product. I have been pouring only a few of months now and when I come up with a new color...I'll ride it around in my work truck for a couple of weeks or so to show off to my friends that I may run into. In the length of time that I've been pouring...I have only had 3 bags of baits bleed colorants into my laminated bags....THEY WERE ALL COLORANTS FROM THE OTHER COMPANY,in which I have read a lot of good report on,mostly that thier colorants are more concentrated than Del's...this may be true...but I would rather add a few more drops per formula than offer someone a bait that has uglied itself up in the way that those did by bleeding colorants all out into the bag. PROPS to you DEL....FOR SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT....And I will also be ordering from you in the future,as I got the glitters (good stuff) in a very timley fashion as Ghost explained earlier.
