charkins
I asked Dayooper for a downsize conversion kit for his fluid bed. He created one for me. It worked real well. It allowed me to dip jigs deeper with less total volume of paint. Warning! It takes much less air pressure to work properly. I will include pictures when I can get them to post. User error I am sure. MDC
what size cup are you using now?
Pop
I'd be interested in one myself. I don't sell my jigs and really don't need to spend the money on the large jars. Maybe you or Dayooper could post picture and particulars. Pop

mikel7@mac.com
That should work much better, i think to little powder in the large cups was causing most of us problems in the beginning.

dayooper
Here are some specs on the downsize kit. The unit sits in the base of the 3 inch fluid bed. The cup size is 2 inches in diameter and is interchangeable with other 2 inch cups. The 2 inch cups are about 2 and a half inches deep. The advantage of this is that you only need about 1 ounce of paint or less in the cup to get good coverage. If anybody has any questions on these, please let me know. I hope to have them up on the website (www.tjstackle.com) shortly. I will have the downsize kit and extra 2 inch cups available.
