u63405
Hey fellow TU members! I'm asking for ur honest opinion on the following: I'm thinking of donating a custom made lure for our family picnic in order to help raise money . Now, I was thinking that I would donate the lure which has proven to be a fish catcher and I have pictures to prove this. The lure has some teeth marks and hook marks because of use but in no way is the top coat compromised or the paint chippin' off. http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b2/u63405/HPIM0611.jpg http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b2/u63405/HPIM0606.jpg NOw my questions to you is this, do you think that donating a used lure would seem uncouth? Vodkaman
I think it is a great idea. For the same reason Tally puts the catchers in a separate box, they become special. I would sell the lure along with the picture to back it up. A cheap frame will cost next to nothing.

MR KNOW IT ALL KIND OF
I would make a very big lure.. like those GAINT RAPALA LURES!! and put a family tree on it.. Dont know if that will help with your cause or not.. but it would sure look cool.. Your not going to fish it anyway.. but that is my 2 cents that is worth about a give a penny take a penny from a gas station.
