Ryno Plastics
I was hoping to experiment with some spinnerbait making, just don't know where to start. I was looking through my lurecraft catalog at all the components and my head started spinning. Where do I start I was hoping some of you guys could give me some ideas of where to start. I'm lost! Celticav
Making spinnerbaits can be mind-boggling. It is like fly tying as there in an unlimited amount of materials and ways to assemble them. It is not something to get into without thought, you will end up with thousands of parts and components of every size, color, style, and shape. Begin by making a bait that you would like to fish with, if you like to use a 1/4 oz baits with double willows then start there with the 1/4 oz heads and the appropriate size willows in the colors you like and go on from there or buy the parts you want in small quantity like 5's or 10's before you go for the hundred lot... keep it simple and have fun... it might not be much help but it is the best advise I can give you. You can feel free to email me if you need too. I will be glad to help all that I can, JIM
