Laborem et Rapallum
Hi, I don't make plastic lures, but I use them sometimes. I need help from you the experts on pouring those soft amazing lures. Can I repair soft plastic lures? Is soft plastic capable of glueing? And if it is, what do you reccomend me? This time I need to change the hook form some soft plastic frogs (Its brand is "Panther Martin") which has a design problem and need bigger hooks. The only way to do the process is cutting a part of the plastic core, but I've tryed many glues and no one works. I
Delw
a few ways to do it the best way is to heat up a butter knife then fuse it back together. you can use super glue but its not that great and it hardens the bait.
g3kk0
Might try this glue made for soft plastic baits. No idea though on toughness / testing as I have not used this product myself. I recalled your post while window shopping. http://www.upnorthoutdoors.com/stamina/accessories/glue.html -Pep

Laborem et Rapallum
Thanks Guys! I tryed melting both sides and puting together and it works fine. But I'm going to try the soft glue from Stamina, looks great for repairing soft plastic on the field. Thanks again!
