One Sock
Recently returned from pennsylvania for a week's long of fishing with friends and visiting family. The week was great camping right on the lake and fishing 4 different lakes that week including some old favorites. Prior to leaving I had poured a ton of baits to bring and used almost all of them up. It was good setting a hook so often my arms hurt. There is no greater satisfaction then pouring your own baits and catching fish, except maybe watching others catch fish with your baits. the green pumpkin candy and baby bass laminates were really popular with the smallies and largemouth alike. here is a picture of one of the bigger fish from the wek that included 90+ bass:)

Smallie
Nice, healthy looking fish. From the looks of your wet shirt, it was fighting till the end too. Dave

One Sock
That fish was a beast and barely made it to the boat as my little 2/0 octopus hook fell out of it's mouth as it was lipped. The 10 lb yozuri held up well. I also use a shimano scorpion reel, one of the best reels I have ever fished with for the money Here is a picture of another fish my friend took on a bleeding junebug stickbait i make. This fish was taken about an hour after the tournament on a differnt lake within a 1/2 mile of the other lake. It was one of about 10 fish we took in about 35-40 minutes. I just love vacation, especially when the bite is on

I miss those temps...
saint308
I just got out of my car at 9:00 central time and it was reading 98*. I tried to mow my yard today and I had to stop three times to come inside and drink powerade (my yard is not that big). It is down right miserable down here. Saint.
