GB GONE
Hey guys... I'm a soft plastic guy so I don't have a clue on the wire or if I need a bender or something. I want to make a few of these for my own personal use. I am sure I can get everything at Barlow's, LC, Stamina or Jann's but have no clue what to get.. Any help/tips appreciated... Theflyingplatypus
Ball bearing swivel (has a barrel swivel, ball bearing is better). .035 stainless wire, small plastic or glass beads, rivet, and buzzblade. Thats all the components. As for sizes of beads and blade I can't really help much. Oh and its an offset buzzblade. Hope that helped somewhat. GB GONE
How do you make the wire bends? Pliers or is there a wire bending device? Thanks all!!! Jim
cadman
Jim if you don't want to buy round nose pliers or a bending tool, you can easily use pointy long nose pliers. They work just as well, as long as your not making a lot of them.
Uncleskippy
Jim the only bending you would need to do is at the top to hold eveything together and what attaches the swivel. You can order Inline Spinner wire forms which has the bottom loop already made. Uncleskippy
reeves
Jim, If you are interested, I have hundreds of those wires that have the loop already formed in one end and straight on the other end, .050 . I'll be glad to send you a dozen to get you started. Just send me a PM with your info.
