wardsmit
read thread about using spike-it blade dip to color hooks and was good idea. Anyone tried using powder paint to color hooks?
bassmaster1974
I was on the Lake Hawk Pro Staff before the Co. sold out.I always used the blade and plug dip they made to color my hooks.Fast..simple and easy.If the color comes off, just dip again and right back where you were.Im sure the Spike It or other brands work just as well. johnr
I have been messing around with csi blade dip and after you dip the hook give it a good shake and the ink evens out. Then when dry dip it in there one part water based epoxy and the color will stay after a day to cure.
