dsmblack
Non the only pics I have comne off off thier web site or on landbigfish.com Nova, if you look at some of thier other baits you can see it better. thier goby doesnt really give you a good picture of it. I will try to post a picture. Thankswww.landbigfish.com www.landbigfish.com
nova
Ok I see it now. It looks like LCmotoroil with black, purple, and copper flake. I would say 4 oz plastic with 6 to 10 drops of motoroil. Start with 6 then work your way up till you get the shade you want. I think you'll find the copper flake will bleed a little and add to the base color of the bait. I'm just going from the picture and I may be off a little. www.novalures.com
dsmblack
Nova i hope this pic comnes thru. I would like to find out hou to make 180, 181 from these pic. Any help would be appreciated. 180 is the copper candy. After looking at it it looks like watermelon with purple, black and copper flake. 181 is Mango Magic. I really like it as well. nova
181 looks like the same color only with gold flake instead of copper and a little more of the purple glitter. www.novalures.com
dsmblack
Do you think it is watermelon or still think motoroil?
nova
From what I'm seeing it looks like motoroil. I really prefer to have an actual bait in my hand but that's not always possible. www.novalures.com.
Smallie
My monitor shows a decided green tint to 180 and it looks similar to the 002, watermelon grape at the top of the picture you sent. I would start with a light watermelon with copper, black and purple flake. Watermelon candy from Zoom is green black and purple so substituting copper for green and calling it copper candy seems logical. dsmblack
What about the one under it. It would be 181, however you can't see the # vry well. It is called Mango Magic. I would loive to get a recipe for it as well. Thanks for your input guys.
iceman35
Copper candy... It's a dark watermelon with large copper flake and small purple flake... one of my favorite colors... mango magic... Green pumpkin with gold and purple flake... Just picked up a gander mtn custom poor boys color... green pumkin, purple flake... has very small purple glitter and some confetti purple glitter. A good thing about poor boy colors is that they don't over do it with the glitter... keep that in mind when making your own... I just signed up here and Look forward to visiting here alot. I'm gonna try hand pouring this winter and I'll be here alot asking questions!
