tmarcucci Posted August 28, 2007 Report Share Posted August 28, 2007 Hey Folks, I'm new to the forum. I am hooked on the old Shimano Pool Cue rods of the Eighties. I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a supplier for the blanks that i would need to re-create these rods. I am fully aware of their design and the way the reel seat is integrated into the blank. I am an Architect and have access to Autocad 3d modeling software. I also have friends with CAD/CAM access. My only downfall so far is the blanks. The butt diameter needs to be approximately .90" and it needs to be fast taper to 3 to 4 millimeters. Any help will be appreciated.
