One Sock Posted September 9, 2007 Report Share Posted September 9, 2007 Well I'm back from Wisconsin and had a blast, while I didn't win the tournament(or even close) 2 of the top 3 winners used my baits to win. Which is a win win for either way :-) I did take biggest non bass on one of my frogs. This beast just slammed it coming off the pads. I caught it on one of my frogs, watermelon with red flake, but i think I could have been dragging anything past that area and it would have been smashed. I did however outfish another angler who was using horny toads. He couldn't understand why he kept missing them until I ripped the horny toad in half and showed him all the salt in it, explained it's tough to get a good hookset in the pads as it is, never mind when your fighting the bait your using.lol.
