chirmy Posted October 24, 2003 Report Share Posted October 24, 2003 the solid flukes are simple. someone in here hit it on the nose when they discussed just setting the worm on top of the resin allowing them to sink in. because the bellies are heavier they sit perfectly. problem with this is they tend to float into each other. You have to babysit while they cure. As for the flukes with the split bellies, they dont come out so good as the resin does not fill the gap enough. Either way, once you are done you can make flukes your own way and one way I higly recommend is with 50% salt. Makes an incredible deeper jerk bait.
