Maze
Hey CJ, It is easy to tell you the truth. To answer your question would take too much typing for me to handle! Drop me a line and I'll walk you through it unless you'd like to check out the posts you can find on www.rodbuilding.org or for instructions at http://www.kensfishingrods.com/default.htm for a video that you can follow along. Look in "Workshop". Ken is a nice guy and a builder of some fine custom rods!!! Best of luck and call if you have questions !!! siebler_custom_baits
ok main question is does the origonal wraping have to come off to put on a new one? i got the eyes and stuff off and the eye wraps but the full blank is still wraped. do i need to remove this or just sand it ir what? i got the rest of it down from viieos
Maze
Yes, it does. Very carefully. Again, I'd rather walk you through it or refer you to previous posts or the "Library" at www.rodbuilding.org It's not that difficult from a skill standpoint, it just requires sharp instruments, patience and time. You don't want injuries or to damage the blank itself. I'm not that good at typing step by step directions, the only reason I won't go into detail here. You can find everything you need to know, very easily and quickly at the above mentioned web site. Ray
