dampeoples
You posted in both the soft plastic and the wire bait forums, you want both, just checking your options, etc? I recommended Shawn Collins, as he's the only one I've had work done for me, both lead and plastic molds, but I'm sure all these guys could do either. My honest recommendation would be to pick a guy, and use him, don't price shop him, get a fluke mold from x, worm mold from y and a senko mold from z, you'll find that you'll get further, and might even get to the front of the line with these guys if you need something, not to mention the extras they toss in from time to time Hell, you might even make a new friend. SwampBaits
I think bob has the best prices for the custom work and he tells you a good idea of when he'll start on the mold. For me it usually takes 2 or 3 weeks for him to start on the mold.

gcl58
it is resonable, what you get is a proto type and a production mold . you can first draw your design out and they will draw it on cad. from there you can mark up your drawing by hand or if you have cad you can add remove using cad. after you agree to the design. a single cavity mold (this is a two piece mold) will be machined and then mailed to your place of buisness/residence. you shoot it , if you aprove of the lure. a production mold will be manufactured with as many cavities your machine can shoot. the turnaround time was four months for me. it took 3-prototype molds (due to my changes) untill i was satisfied. you can have single cavity mold made are a multiple cavity mold machined. its what the bank account will allow.
